Freda Crucitti

 Ms Freda Crucitti MAICD
Chairperson

Freda has been a Board member since 2002 and Board Chair since 2008. She is also a member of the Therapy Focus Governance Comittee.

Freda has extensive experience working with not-for-profit organisations and a wealth of knowledge surrounding community development, particularly within the disability sector. Freda is, and has been, involved with many not-for-profit organisations and bodies, including Lotterywest, RAC WA, the Australian Automobile Association, the National Road Safety Council, and the Australian Logistics Council. Freda is also the Client Services Director of an accounting and financial planning practice.

Tracy Armson

Ms Tracy Armson MBA, BA (Hons)
Deputy Chairperson

Tracy has been a Board member since 2005 and is also the Chair of the Therapy Focus Governance Committee.

As a marketing consultant, Tracy has extensive experience and knowledge in marketing, management, and branding strategy. Having a neice with Asperger's Syndrome, Tracy also has personal experience with disability.

Mark Murrell

Mr Mark Murrell FFin, IPAA (Assoc), BBus
Board Treasurer

Mark has been a Board member since 2003 and is also Chair of the Therapy Focus Audit, Investment and Risk Committee.

As a Manager within the commercial lendingarea of ANZ Bank, Mark has extenisve experience in the banking and finance sector. Mark is also a parent of a teenager with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Michael Banton

Michael Banton Dip Bus adm, MBA (UWA), MAICD

Michael has been a Board member since 2009 and is also a member of the Therapy Focus Audit, Investment and Risk Committee.

Michael is the General Manager and Company Secretary for Caxton Cooperative, which is part of the Snap Printing Group. With 20 years experience and a track record in implementing strategic change and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Michael is a true management professional.

Susan Seeber BEd(special Education), Dip Teaching

Susan joined the Board in November 2011.

Susan is very experienced in education programs for children with disabilities and their teachers. She is currently employed as a consultant with the Catholic Education Office where she works with students with disabilities from Kindergarten to Year 12. Susan liaises with the students, schools, families and specialist external agencies to promote the best practices to improve learning outcomes for the students.

Susan is also a board member for the Down Syndrome Association of Western Australia.

Noela Taylor MPhil(politics), BA (Hons) (Phys)

Noela joined the Board in November 2011.

Noela brings nearly thirty years experience in the Government Sector where she held senior positions relating to Equal Opportunity, Consumer and Employment Protection, Women's Policy, Disability Services, and Local Government. Noela is retired now, with her last position being Executive Director Policy and Reform at the Western Australian Department of Indigenous Affairs. With this background she brings valuable experience in strategic planning and policy formulation.

Noela is also Chair of the WA Public Sector Panel for Churchill Fellowships and a past Board member of the Association for the Blind. Noela has held the position of Chairperson in numerous government committees.

Peter Mildenhall

Peter Mildenhall MBA BInfTech

Peter joined the Board in November 2011.

As General Manager Corporate Assets at Amana Living, Peter provides strategic leadership for the Information and Technology, Property Maintenance and Motor Vehicle Fleet Departments. He is responsible for business planning, change management, budget preparation and execution, project management and service delivery.

Peter's experience also extends to collaborative decision making and leadership in team development, organisational cultural change, strategic planning, social media and change management. Over the past two decades Peter has developed a passion for engaging in social responsibility.
