At Therapy Focus we aim to provide the best possible service to our clients.

We invite you to make a suggestion, compliment or complaint about our service to help us continuously improve.


How do I provide feedback?

There are three ways you can provide feedback to Therapy Focus:

  1. You can provide feedback directly to the appropriate staff member or their manager in writing, in person or over the phone.
  2. You can download and complete a feedback form. These can be downloaded from the 'Download' box on the right. You can pass it directly to the appropriate staff member, their manager or mail it to our reception.
  3. You can complete an electronic feedback form below.

What happens next?

Once we have received your feedback, we will address your comments and if appropriate, take action as soon as possible. If you provide us with your name and an address or telephone number, we will contact you directly to discuss your feedback and inform you of any actions taken.
