The ongoing infrastructure and operational requirements of all divisions are supported through careful planning, delivering, maintaining and monitoring by the staff of the Corporate Services Division.

Quality
2011/2012 sees Therapy Focus identify and document key processes in the organisation which add value to the provision of services and our clients experience. Through this process we aim to receive ISO9001 certification this year and maintain the certification on an ongoing basis. Making sure we have a safe work environment for staff and clients is a high priority across the organisation. Regular audits are conducted to ensure a safety conscious culture is in place here at Therapy Focus.
Finance
Careful financial management through sound fiscal policies and procedures ensures Therapy Focus is run in a sustainable manner and that our contracts and projects are appropriately acquitted. Growing the financial base of Therapy Focus will ensure long term sustainability and profitability of our organisation.
Human Resource Management
Ensuring our work force is appropriately remunerated, supported, trained and managed is a priority in ensuring we have the right people providing a quality service to our clients and families. Our HR team focuses on the recruitment and retention of quality, committed employees across our organisation in a tightening labour market.
Administration
Our Administration team ensures the infrastructure to support our business activities is provided every day in a committed manner. From coordinating tradesmen, to quality record keeping, to a vast range of administrative tasks, this team provides a necessary function at Therapy Focus.
Information and Communication Technology
The management of information is a complex process to ensure the terms and conditions of our contracts are met and surpassed. Through the utilisation of a leading edge relational database provided across the organisation via a supported network, employees have the necessary ICT tools to provide efficient and timely information to clients and stakeholders.
